it's a parody of the FBI and its attitudes... if this flash was serious, then okay, it would be racist (or skin-colorist), but it's SATIRE

good idea but

This is too short. I like the idea that the fate of the character is entirely within the hands of whoever is drawing things around it-- both obstacles and rescues. It could be really good if you give the character more adventures and made this longer. Find a story. Good luck.
